Ultimate Christmas Vintage & Craft Fayre, Solihull

At – St Mary’s Church Hall, 30 Hobs Meadow, Hobs Moat, Solihull, B92 8PN
Stalls – please email firstname.lastname@example.org to check availability before booking so that we do not double book business stalls. We only allow one rep from each company.
We have a limited number of tables available. If you do not have your own table, please add one to your basket from the menu below when booking your pitch. Chairs are provided.
Stall price plus a small donation to our raffle hamper:
- Vintage / Craft / Antique / Handmade Stall / Rockabilly / Collectibles / Vinyl etc – £20
- Makeovers / Hair / Nails – £20
- Business Stall (MLM businesses, Psychic readings, shopping stalls) – £25
- Kitchen and Tea Room Hire (tables & chairs included) – FULLY BOOKED!!
Once you have set up your stall please could you let us have your donation to our vintage raffle hamper, this can be a small item from your stall, a discount voucher to spend with you, or some chocolates or wine etc.
Set up time – 11am
Event start time – 12pm
Event end time – 3pm
We must be cleared away and out of the room by 3.30pm
Please take away your rubbish and leave your pitch as it was found
Please let us know if you require access to a plug socket (please bring an extension lead).
We will have live music and dancing at this event.
** We are looking for local businesses and family friendly stalls, and even better if you have a vintage vibe! We encourage stallholders and everybody involved with this event to dress in a vintage style to help create the fabulous atmosphere of the Ultimate Vintage Experience. But don’t worry if you are unable to do this. We have a bottle of wine for the best vintage outfit. We encourage stallholders to be fun, friendly, but professional at the same time, interacting with customers and other stallholders as much as possible!!**
We will be giving out 50 free goodie bags at this event and stallholder advertising material may be included free of charge. We highly recommend that you take advantage of this and send us your flyers / discount vouchers / free samples, etc (or a combination of all!) to be included and help promote your business. If you cannot make the event, you can still book your advertising material into the goodie bags by scrolling to the bottom of the menu below. Please send your material to 436 Barrows Lane, Sheldon, Birmingham B26 1QL by 23rd November at the latest.
