Children’s Market & Craft Fayre – Hay Mills CC
On – Saturday 7th November 2020 1-4pm
At – Hay Mills CC, 164 – 168 Waterloo Road, Hay Mills, Birmingham, B25 8LD
Set up time – 12pm
Event start time – 1pm
Event end time – 4pm
Parking – you can park at the front of the church to unload but then you must please move your car. There is plenty of free side street parking or you can park free for 2 hours in Lidl which is just across the road.
Pitch prices (plus Craft & Business stalls – a small donation to our raffle hamper please) –
- Pre-loved Items (children’s toys, clothes, games, etc) – FULLY BOOKED
- Craft / Handmade items – FULLY BOOKED
- Business Stall (MLM businesses, etc) – FULLY BOOKED
You can either bring your own table (no bigger than 6ft) or book one of ours via the menu below. Chairs are provided. Please let us know if you require access to a plug socket (please bring an extension lead).
Hay Mills CC is a covid secure venue. Following government guidelines everyone in the hall must wear a mask, visor or face covering at all times. There will be a one way system in place, limited numbers in the hall at any one time, track & trace system on arrival, hand sanitser available, and everyone must maintain social distancing. We will still have a singer at this event, but she must sing behind a screen or wear a visor.

Once you have set up your stall please could you let us have your donation to our raffle hamper, this can be a small item from your stall, a discount voucher to spend with you, or some sweets, chocolates or wine etc.
Please take away your rubbish and leave your pitch as it was found
If you cannot make the event, you can still book a spot on our promo table for your advertising material via the menu below. Please email us for the address to send your advertising material.
Once you have booked your stall via this website you will receive an email receipt from PayPal straight away. You will not receive a confirmation email from this website. If you have any questions about your booking please email [email protected]
We will use your PayPal email address to send all correspondence. If you would prefer us to use a different email address please let us know.
We will then email you the week before each event to confirm all set up information etc. All information can also be found on this page.
